The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to a shopping mall and in the heart of the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The staff is polite and tried their best to assist, despite language barriers. The breakfast provided a good variety of options to start the day. The top floor pool and gym are great facilities for relaxation and exercise.
The hotel could improve by addressing the outdated furniture and decor in some areas.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sao Paulo. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a great variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the location of the hotel on the outskirts of Jardins was perfect, as it was in a great area and close to a main supermarket.
